Return and Exchange Policy

At Cheyenne Tattoo, we stand by the quality of our professional equipment; however, if you are not fully satisfied, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, sterilized needles and inks cannot be returned once the seal is broken.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the unused products in their original manufacturer's box, ensuring all components, manuals, and protective seals are intact.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned equipment, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
